André Zimmermann joined SHS in 2002 as Senior Investment Manager and became Partner in 2010. He previously worked as a research associate at the University of Freiburg and co-founded a biotech startup. He studied biology and then received his doctorate in molecular biology at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg. At the same time, he completed a 2-year degree in economics at the University of Hagen and is a trained banker.
