Ana Jimenez

Ana serves as Investment associate at IGNIA. Ana joined IGNIA in 2018 and focuses on providing strategic and analytical support for portfolio companies, as well as evaluating new investments. Prior to joining Ignia, Ana worked as an Innovation Investment Analyst at Telefonica, one of the biggest telecommunication companies worldwide. She was responsible for evaluating potential investments in innovative companies with a technological base and considerable growth potential, whose activities are eminently technological and related to Telefónica’s strategic projects in fields such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of things, cybersecurity or fintech. During her studies, she has also done various internships in M&A, in Arma Partners and Optima Corporate. Ana graduated from CUNEF with a Bilingual Degree in Business Administration, with international studies in The Netherlands.
