Amma's role involves implementing the organisation's communications & marketing strategy around both online and offline communities, with the long term goal of finding the best talent for the MEST program and engaging the general tech community in Ghana. Prior to working at MEST, Amma obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana with majors in Information Studies. She also worked with the University of East London & the British Council office in Ghana on a careers services project aimed at developing Ghanaian Universities’ careers centers by helping place students with relevant industry players. This led her on to a brief business training at the University of Manchester Business School in the UK. In her spare time, Amma enjoys seeing new places and catching up on international affairs.
