Amelia Stoj

Amelia joined Foresite Capital in 2017. She brings more than 10 years of combined professional experience in the compliance and legal fields.

Prior to joining Foresite Capital, Amelia was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Cordium, the second largest compliance consulting firm in the U.S. During her 7-year tenure at Cordium, she launched and was the head of the firm’s West Coast Office. She was also responsible for overseeing and monitoring the compliance programs of more than 85 registered investment advisers (representing over $35 billion in assets). Amelia began her legal career in Boston at Proskauer Rose, where she focused on private-equity fund formation. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
