Alexia Pearsall

Alexia joined Omega Funds as Chief Financial Officer in July 2020 after holding leadership roles in private equity for over 15 years. At Omega, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial and administrative functions. Prior to Omega, Alexia was the CFO of Guidepost Growth Equity, managing all financial reporting, administrative, and compliance aspects of the firm, and Vice President of Finance and Administration at North Bridge Venture and Growth Equity Partners. Alexia was also Vice President of Finance at Oxford Bioscience Partners, an early-stage life science venture capital firm, and Manager of Finance at MPM Capital, a biotech venture capital firm.
