Alain Pakiry began his career in 1993 in the video grame industry at UbiSoft. He worked 10 years in this industry opening and directing the North America operations In 2004, he joined Logitech with initial role as General Manager EMEA and later Managing Director of Logitech France. In 2008, he moved to the GPS company, TomTom, as Vice President, South Europe, and soon became Chief Marketing Officer. In 2013, Alain took the COO role in a France-based Smart-home start-up, Myfox, in which he invested in and which was acquired 3 years later by Somfy. He then took the CEO EMEA role at TCL, one of the leading global companies in TV and Mobile phones. After a brief experience in the cryptocurrency industry with fintech company Legdger, Alain joined as Chief Commercial Officer Navico, a marine electronics company owned by Goldman Sachs, sold in 2021 to Brunswick. Alain is now Managing Director EMEA at Formlabs, one of the global leader in 3D Printing.
Alain Pakiry is a graduate of EM Lyon and IMD Lausanne, and holds a Master's of Sociology from the University of Kent.
