Remote Member Of Technical Staff Model Behavior Jobs

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems.

Familiarity with autoregressive sequence models, such as Transformers.

You finetune the models that extract memory, and the models that power those agents. You run the experiments and ship the result as production code.

Adaptability: We move fast, and new models / approaches to infrastructure are constantly coming online.

Build internal tools, including applications that use language model APIs.

Role Overview: As a Member of Technical Staff in Data Analysis and Evaluation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality

Experience designing evaluation frameworks specifically for generative model outputs in any modality.

Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team

Written widely-shared technical blogs or side projects on vLLM or LLM inference.

Key Overview: As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement

Your job is to ingest all of it, model it correctly, and make it queryable, versioned, and trustworthy for both humans and AI agents.

Enjoy tuning and optimising large LLM models.

Build steady‑state and/or transient 1D fluid models to predict system operating states, startup/shutdown behavior, and other key transients.

What you’ll do Run experiments to teach world models new behaviors — action following, scene manipulation, camera control
