Part-Time Videographer & Video Editor

VoiceOS is a Y Combinator-backed AI startup building the next generation of voice intelligence. We are a fast-moving team based in San Francisco creating technology that lets people control their world with their voice.

We are looking for a skilled, San Francisco-based Videographer and Video Editor to join our team as a part-time contractor (~20 hours/week). You will own the full production pipeline — from grabbing the camera and heading to a shoot, to delivering a polished, platform-ready final cut.

This role is focused on two things: high-energy social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and in-person product demos that capture VoiceOS technology in action.

What You Will Do:

• Shoot high-quality video content on location in San Francisco

• Edit footage into polished, fast-paced content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (vertical 9:16 format)

• Film in-person product demos showcasing VoiceOS technology

• Handle end-to-end production: lighting, audio, camera work, color grading, sound mixing, text graphics

• Collaborate closely with the founding team on creative direction

What You Need:

• Your own professional gear (camera, gimbal/stabilizer, lighting, audio equipment)

• Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

• Social media fluency — you understand TikTok/Reels pacing, energy, and trends

• Vertical video expertise (9:16 framing and composition)

• Based in San Francisco (on-site shoots required)

Bonus:

• Motion design skills (After Effects, Cinema 4D)

• Experience with tech/startup content

• Strong visual storytelling instinct
