Vantor's USG team is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Deployment Strategist to to accelerate our business. In this role, you will drive growth by understanding customer needs, providing clear, well-written technical solutions, and effectively articulating the value of our products and services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver and drive adoption of new products and complex solutions 
  • Leverage existing or establish relationships with senior personnel and operational users in the defense and intelligence communities  
  • Work with Product teams and partners to understand current capabilities and future roadmaps and to solve customer problems
  • Translate user workflows to internal products and capabilities 
  • Identify potential opportunities through established partners, working cross-collaboratively 
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in the development of product positioning, presentations, press releases, proposals, product workshops, training workshops, and customer visits 
  • Strengthen and progress deep business and technical relationships through your knowledge of the customer’s mission  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; work experience may be substituted 
  • Active Secret Clearance (with eligibility for TS/SCI)
  • 3-5 years of experience working for a technology or product-centric company in a sales related capacity 
  • Experience navigating and partnering with the defense and intelligence communities
  • Experience working with product teams with the ability to translate user workflows to products
  • Background selling mission systems, data platforms, ISR capabilities, or dual-use defense technology. 
  • Self-starter with demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Strong connections within defense communities 
  • Excellent cross-functional skills across customers, sales, strategy, marketing, product, legal, and operations 
  • Military or intelligence community background
  • Experience bringing new products to market 
  • Systems engineering and/or networking experience

    Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

     

    ● The pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $137,000.00 - $182,000.00 - $200,200.00 annually.


    For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
