Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to help deploy and shape our in-house AI models in real production environments. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team, creative partners, and some of the biggest studios to adapt model behavior to the specific needs of each project. This is a highly hands-on role for people who are strong at experimentation, workflow design, and translating ambiguous creative or production goals into reliable outputs using our own trained models.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and delivery. This means you will working directly with our models, refining performance for project-specific use cases, building repeatable systems, and helping partners get the most out of the technology in high-stakes production settings. We’re looking for talented, resourceful people who can move fast, think clearly, and thrive in collaborative project environments as we grow the team for upcoming projects.

While we can’t publicly talk about much of our recent work right now, we did work with Operation Safed Sagar’s team, and we loved every moment of it.
