Commercial Performance Analyst
What you need
- 3+ yrs commercial/analytical role in iGaming/digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Data Analytics
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for collaboration
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools
- Solid SQL knowledge for querying and manipulating datasets

Super is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Commercial Performance professional to analyse and document commercial initiatives across Retail, Multi-brand, Sportsbook, Gaming, CRM, and VIP verticals. Working closely with senior commercial leadership, this role identifies opportunities for optimisation, drives data-led decisions, and supports continuous improvement of commercial KPIs and overall business performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively.
What the role involves
Commercial Optimisation
- Build, maintain, and optimise performance dashboards for all commercial verticals, aligned to the needs of the commercial teams and a multi-brand perspective
- Analyse trends and performance drivers to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance business results
- Partner with the VP Commercial, Commercial Director, Retail Director, and Head of Verticals to identify and prioritise performance improvement areas
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain a centralised database for analyses, reports, and performance tracking, ensuring consistent documentation and version control
- Conduct ad-hoc and recurring performance analyses, ensuring data accuracy and insight relevance
Experiments & Testing
- Identify testing opportunities and define hypotheses, timing, and success metrics in collaboration with Commercial stakeholders
- Document test outcomes and follow up on the implementation of learnings
Objectives Focus
- Coordinate local teams around shared objectives, tracking initiative status and highlighting progress to stakeholders
Customer Experience & Market Intelligence
- Collect, analyse, and report customer feedback on a monthly basis, providing recommendations for improvement
- Conduct and document competitor analyses, ensuring data is centralised and accessible
- Support customer interview processes to gather qualitative insights, aligning research plans with key stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a commercial, analytical, or performance management role within iGaming, digital marketing, or a data-driven business environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken), required for cross-market collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for dashboard creation and performance reporting
- Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
- Experience with Notion or similar tools for documentation and process tracking
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail, a structured work approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience in Sportsbook or Casino operations
- Understanding of CRM segmentation and retention analytics
- Prior experience in a multimarket or cross-functional commercial team
