AI is reshaping how commercial and operations work gets done, and we are building a small team of AI operators to accelerate that shift at Super. Sitting inside Commercial Strategy & Planning, they are the resident experts on building with AI, and the people who prove what is possible, build the tools that put it into practice, and grow AI capability across our commercial teams.

You sit with commercial and operations teams, understand their workflows, and identify where AI can redesign how work gets done. Each project ends with a working tool, agent, automation or workflow the team uses in practice. You build hip to hip with them, so how it was made is visible from the start, and the team can use and build on it themselves.
You coach through the delivery, taking the team through the parts that stretch AI skills as you build, so capability grows in the process.

We're looking for someone who:

• 3-5 years in analytical, problem-solving and hands-on roles, ideally at fast-paced, consumer-facing digital businesses.
• Hands-on experience building AI tools, agents, automations or workflows that other people have used.
• Proficiency with modern AI development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms.
• Able to think in systems and workflows, from the shape of the problem down to the tool that solves it.
• Fluency with data (SQL, Excel) strongly preferred, and able to deliver working solutions independently.
• Writes clear, simple documentation and worked examples that people can follow.
• Evidence of driving change in how other people work.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally, and to explain technical concepts simply.

Nice to have
• Familiarity with commercial functions in a digital business (CRM, retention, VIP, campaign operations, performance reporting, planning or pricing).
• Track record of creating playbooks or internal tools that were adopted beyond your team.
• Background in analytical, data-driven roles (strategy, operations, product, performance, data science, analytics).

What you’ll be doing:

• Build custom tools, agents, automations and end-to-end workflows with commercial and operations teams, taking each one through to something the team uses in practice.
• Coach the teams you work with as you build, going deep on the parts that stretch AI capability.
• Help adapt proof of concepts built for one team and get them adopted across others.
• Document what was built and how it was built, and put together demos, tutorials and worked examples others can learn from.
• Run working sessions and showcases with teams to build their capability with AI.
• Feed problems and patterns you see in the work back into the commercial AI roadmap.
