About the Role
As a Sprinter, you’ll bring healthcare directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll spend your day on the road providing a variety of preventative and diagnostic services, including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and more.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, connecting with patients, and a workday that looks different from a traditional clinic setting.

What You’ll Do
Life as a Sprinter starts before the first patient visit. Your car becomes both your office and your lab on the go, so preparation and organization are everything.
Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have the proper supplies and PPE.
Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area.
Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
Use your expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient.
Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in every patient’s home.
Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
Manage your time, supplies, and schedule independently as you move from patient to patient throughout the day.

What You’ll Need
Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
Patient facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle
Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at your first scheduled patient on time
Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads
Ability to meet applicable state specific certification or licensing requirements
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to spend prolonged periods driving between patient appointments
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry medical supplies and equipment
Ability to safely navigate a variety of patient home environments, including locations with stairs
