The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Delivery Manager to join our fintech team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our Product team and Operations, ensuring the successful delivery and support of new products to market. You will play a key role in enabling operational support teams to sustain and enhance product functionality, contributing significantly to our company's growth and success
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product delivery process, from initial intake through to product launch, including dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
Functional Coordination: Lead and streamline change management activities across various functional partners, ensuring smooth transitions and effective resource allocation.
Timeline and Dependency Management: Efficiently manage project timelines and dependencies, identify and address potential blockers, and ensure clear communication with stakeholder
Launch Success Criteria: Define, measure, and achieve launch success criteria throughout different deployment stages, from pilot to general availability.
Client Support: Assist client-facing teams during early product adoption phases, gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence teams to expand adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance market readiness, delivery processes, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the financial services or fintech industry.
Payments Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, acquiring, and the evolving landscape of merchant payment acceptance.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use metrics and data to inform decision-making and track progress.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an iterative process.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and interactions with products.
Decision Making: Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority, and managing ambiguity and complexity.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with payment integrations is a plus.
Compensation:
Our base pay range starts at $70,000- $ 95,000 year for this role
Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
