  • Review equipment specifications and define facility requirements (e.g., power, exhaust, utilities, space, and access).

  • Coordinate facilitization efforts, including utility tie-ins and infrastructure readiness in collaboration with facility and contractor teams.

  • Support and guide commissioning activities, including installation verification, startup coordination, and issue resolution with vendors.

  • Support general facility operations and upkeep as required, consistent with overall site needs.

  • Provide guidance and support to other facility operations personnel on equipment-related activities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in equipment installation, facilities engineering, or technical operations within a lab, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of facility infrastructure and utilities (electrical, exhaust, gas, compressed air, etc.) as they relate to equipment integration.

  • Experience supporting equipment commissioning and startup activities.

  • Ability to interpret equipment drawings, specifications, and layout requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to remain hands-on.

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
