Job Description

Who we are:

Sardine is the leading agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime. Our integrated solution unifies data across risk teams to help organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. Sardine’s platform is strengthened by one of the fastest-growing fraud consortiums in the market, spanning more than 6 billion profiled devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses worldwide. Leading companies including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com rely on Sardine to secure and grow trust in their products.

Our culture:

  • We have hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo. However, we maintain a remote-first work culture. #WorkFromAnywhere

  • We hire talented, self-motivated individuals with extreme ownership and high growth orientation.

  • We value performance and not hours worked. We believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, friends get-together, or doctor's appointments for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule.

Location:

  • Remote - United States or Canada

  • From Home / Beach / Mountain / Cafe / Anywhere!

  • We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. You can find your productive zone and work from there.

About the Role:

As Sardine grows with enterprise clients, our delivery process needs to meet the program management rigor that clients expect — formal governance, clear ownership, and predictable reporting — while moving at the pace of a fast-growing startup, not a large legacy vendor.

You'll own the integration project plan on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements: milestone deliverables, dependencies, implementation timeline, and tracking client-specific product feature requests through to resolution, all built and maintained in close coordination with the client. You'll establish RACI and communication cadences, keep Engineering, Product, and the Solutions team pointed at the same critical path, and report honestly on what's slipping and why.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestone deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timeline

  • Be the client’s trusted point of contact throughout the integration: Communicating regularly & proactively, surfacing risks early, and deeply understanding the client’s requirements

  • Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution, so tickets filed with Engineering and Product don't get lost or stall without visibility

  • Establish RACI and roles/responsibilities upfront on every engagement, so accountability is unambiguous to both Sardine and the client's project office

  • Manage regular, structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client — and manage client expectations proactively rather than reactively

  • Ensure deliverables and artifacts are organized, current, and owned by the right person

  • Build real fluency in the Sardine product so you can engage as a thought partner on feature requests, not just relay status between the client and the team

  • Report on project health: deliverable slippage and root cause, dependency risk, and capacity planning across concurrent enterprise engagements

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including time spent managing implementations for large enterprise clients

  • Direct experience working inside or against an enterprise client's formal project management expectations — structured governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting — and the judgment to apply that rigor without over-engineering it for smaller or faster-moving clients

  • Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally at a B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise clients

  • Comfort acting as a thought partner to Engineering and Product — able to speak credibly enough about technical dependencies and tradeoffs to help unblock and prioritize, not just track status

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical status into language an enterprise client's project office and executive stakeholders will trust

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to run multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements without dropping details

Benefits we offer:

  • Generous compensation in cash and equity

  • Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested

  • Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture

  • Flexible paid time off and Year-end break

  • Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific

  • 4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specific

  • MacBook Pro delivered to your door

  • One-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc.

  • Monthly meal stipend

  • Monthly social meet-up stipend

  • Annual health and wellness stipend

  • Annual Learning stipend
