About the Role
You will be the hands-on-keyboard execution engine behind our D2C growth, reporting to the Head of Direct-to-Consumer Marketing. Your primary focus will be paid media: planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition. You'll also pitch in on lifecycle marketing and SEO/GEO execution as needed.
This is an individual contributor role built for someone who wants to own real budget and real outcomes, not manage a large team. You'll work alongside internal and external resources and a robust AI toolkit to move fast and multiply your own output.
What You'll Do
Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in support of our D2C funnel
Manage campaigns and budgets starting on Meta, then evaluate and expand to additional additional channels such as Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
Monitor performance daily, iterate on creative, targeting, and bidding, and report on ROI and efficiency metrics
Assist with lifecycle marketing execution (email/SMS campaigns, flows, segmentation) as needed
Assist with SEO and GEO execution as needed
Use AI tools throughout your workflow to move faster and do more with less
Work closely with the Head of D2C Marketing, internal cross-functional teams, and external agencies to translate strategy into daily execution
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Deep, hands-on expertise running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns at scale
Experience on multiple non-Meta ad platforms and a general knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, test, and scale additional paid channels
Proven track record of driving efficient paid acquisition for a D2C brand
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable living in the numbers daily
Scrappy, get-things-done work style; equally comfortable executing solo and collaborating with agencies
Fluent and enthusiastic user of AI tools to extend your own capacity
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Reddit Ads
Experience with SEO
Experience with lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
Experience working in a hardware or consumer electronics D2C environment
