At Prequel, we enable B2B companies to make data accessible to their customers. Today, we help companies sync data directly to their customer's data warehouse, on an ongoing basis. To do so, we're solving a number of hard technical problems up and down the stack that come with syncing tens of billions of rows of data every day with perfect data integrity. We’ve hit strong PMF on our core product, and we’re cooking up something new while we scale it. We want you to come build this with us.

Our customers include companies like LaunchDarkly, Gong, Metronome, LogRocket, and more. We're growing fast: we hit an inflection point last year and another one since the beginning of this year. Feel free to ask us for specific revenue numbers.

⚡️ What you'll be working on:

• Building and augmenting a system that moves tens of billions of rows of production data every day (and powers some public companies)
• Owning key architecture and design decisions
• Developing our best practices around code contributions, testing, and deployment
• Developing and growing our stellar engineering team

🛠 Skills & experience we’d love for you to have:

• You have 4+ years experience building software at scale
• You have experience building highly performant backends in a modern language (e.g. GoLang, C++, Java, Python). Note: we’re not prescriptive about which language you have experience with.
• You’re not scared of wrestling with cloud infra
• You have an opinion on what a robust DevOps pipeline & process should look like
• You have experience with and enjoy mentoring other engineers
• You’re comfortable living in a full-stack world
