Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.”  Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are looking for an Account Manager, Physician Physician Partnerships based in the the Las Vegas, Nevada or Scottsdale, Arizona area  to join our Physician Partnerships Sales Team. This is a hunter-and-farmer role: you will own the full physician relationship, from prospecting and signing new referral partners to growing and retaining the partnerships already in your territory. You will proactively prospect, cold-call, and build new physician relationships, while also managing your existing partner base to deepen engagement and drive continued referral growth.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively prospect and identify new physician and provider targets within an assigned territory
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective referral partners through outbound outreach, cold calling, and in-person networking
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed partnership, including onboarding of new physician partners
  • Manage and grow an existing book of physician partnerships in parallel with new-partner acquisition, ensuring both new and established relationships receive consistent attention
  • Design and execute territory strategies that balance new-partner acquisition with expansion of referral volume from current partners
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for new partnerships signed and total referral volume across the full territory
  • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with existing physician partners to strengthen the relationship and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, medical society events, and networking functions to generate new leads and reinforce existing relationships
  • Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance sales and partnership efforts
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and account hygiene, with activity and relationship tracking in Salesforce to support accurate forecasting
  • Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards

Local/daily field travel: Daily travel within assigned territory to visit clinics, referral partners, and accounts

Overnight/extended travel: Up to 30% overnight travel for regional meetings, conferences, or multi-day territory coverage

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-8 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or healthcare provider sales, ideally within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sales
  •  A demonstrated track record of both winning new business and growing existing accounts over time
  • A hunter-and-farmer mindset: self-directed, competitive, and resilient in prospecting, while also attentive and consistent in nurturing long-term relationships
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and territory-planning skills
  • Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships, alongside the drive to open new ones
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
  •  Business acumen and proficiency with technology
  •  Experience using CRM software, Salesforce preferred
  • Nice to have:
  • Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology
