Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We combine proactive, 24/7 clinical care with technology that helps us reach patients earlier, identify risks sooner, and deliver personalized care throughout their journey. Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.
We are expanding our network of experienced Advanced Practice Providers (CNM, WHNP, NP) to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. By joining Pomelo, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model. Unlike standalone menopause platforms, our patients receive integrated care from a dedicated medical provider, a registered dietitian, and a therapist. You will deliver a cohesive, holistic care model that drives superior patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Why Join Pomelo Care:
Competitive Compensation: Competitive per-visit model with approximate earnings equivalent to $100.00 to $120.00 per active visit hour (rates vary based on visit type, length, and timing).
Multi-Specialty Collaboration: You won't practice in a silo; you'll work alongside dedicated registered dietitians and therapists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, wraparound care.
Evidence-Based Practice Rooted in Women’s Health: We have zero financial ties to supplement or compounded drug sales, and you retain independent clinical judgment to determine appropriate care cadences and treatment plans—including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal options.
Focus on Care, Not Admin: We handle patient matching, scheduling, commercial payer credentialing, billing, and clinical supervision support, while providing modern documentation tools to streamline your charting.
Total Flexibility: You control your schedule. Choose the days and times you are available to accept patient visits, with the freedom to accept or decline visit opportunities.
Clinical Community & Support: Access optional case consultations, provider forums, and clinical updates to support your independent practice and professional development.
As part of the Pomelo network, you will:

Partner with patients over time to evaluate treatment efficacy, manage symptom progression, and support long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely clinical documentation within our electronic systems.
Uphold clinical, quality, documentation, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
