
Job Description
HUMAN Security is looking for a strategic Head of UX to help shape the future of our work in Agentic AI and the Sightline Cyber Defense platform, which protects some of the world's largest commerce and content websites. The Head of UX will shape the user experience of how consumers are challenged and authenticated into these platforms, and how internal teams for Sightline customers are able to quickly turn data into AI-based insights.
What You’ll Do:
Define and drive the UX strategy and design for HUMAN’s Sightline Cyber Defense platform and emerging Agentic AI products.
Conduct user research and transform user telemetry into insights
Lead the end-to-end design process, overseeing everything from deep user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
Design intuitive, seamless authentication and challenge experiences that balance security with a friction-less consumer experience.
Create sophisticated data visualization and dashboard experiences that empower security teams to quickly interpret and act on AI-based insights.
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure design consistency, technical feasibility, and high-quality implementation.
Establish and maintain a robust, scalable design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all HUMAN product touchpoints.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design in enterprise software.
A strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating intuitive interfaces for data-heavy platforms, sophisticated dashboards, and complex user journeys.
Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Experience with Agentic AI and modern technologies and methodologies.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts (such as cybersecurity and machine learning insights) into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Strategic mindset with experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive design-led product outcomes.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to advocate for design choices and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.
Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment.
