Marketing Manager

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing manager to own and manage the lifecycle of users at GroMo. This is a high-ownership role for a hustler who would rather run experiments and ship results than manage a layer of process.
You will think like a growth operator: where is the next user coming from, what does it cost, and how do we compound it. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to grow the platform, and you will have a real seat at the table on how we scale.

What You Will Bring

• 3–8 years of experience in Consumer products, performance/growth marketing.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup, you are a hustler who thrives in ambiguity and takes independent decisions.
• Strong analytical instinct- fluent with data, dashboards, and attribution; you let the numbers decide.
• An independent contributor’s mindset- you own outcomes end-to-end and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Has owned Social media, communication, attribution, retention, customer lifecycle on a tech consumer platform.
• Genuine curiosity for AI tools and a bias to use them to work faster and smarter.
• Good fluency in tools across analytics, communication, attribution, etc. such as Moengage, Google Analytics, Karix/Aisensy, etc.
• Hungry to grow- personally and for the platform.
