Visual Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team at GoSats. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs that enhance our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop graphics for various marketing materials, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and compelling designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, infographics, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand identity.
• Work closely with the content team to create visually appealing and informative graphics that communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design consistency and integration across different platforms.
• Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines and meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate changes to enhance design effectiveness.
• Maintain organized files and asset management systems to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process and workflow within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry and cryptocurrency is a plus.

Zoom Screening

This stage is a video call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you. We are looking for people with strong creativity, great design sense a passion for startups. We'd want you to share your portfolio and go through the thought process behind certain design elements.

In-office screening You'll be required to come over to our office in Koramangala for us to get to know you better and to check your hands-on design skills.

Timing We usually make an offer in a few days if we see a fit after the in-office interview. If we need more time to evaluate or if we'd need to schedule an additional interview with you, we would inform you.
