About the Role
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founding team on various product and growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build product-led growth loops, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement through data, experimentation, and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing - ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of growth.

In This Role, You Will

• Build and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention flows that drive sustained engagement.
• Lead data-driven growth experiments across product and marketing — from in-app feature tests to channel optimization.
• Partner with design, engineering, and content to craft user journeys that convert and delight.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, influencer, paid, and lifecycle) to acquire and re-engage users.
• Own growth analytics and funnel dashboards — track CAC, LTV, activation, and retention, and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with creators and performance marketers to test messaging, visuals, and CTAs for higher conversion.
• Bridge product and brand storytelling, ensuring every experiment strengthens both performance and trust.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 2Y+ experience in consulting, investing or marketing at D2C companies
• Understand how to combine product mechanics and marketing psychology to drive compounding growth.
• Are fluent in data - funnel analysis, cohort tracking, CAC payback, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Can move seamlessly between creative ideation and technical execution.
• Have a bias toward speed and experimentation - testing, learning, and iterating fast.
• Are excited to build a product that helps millions invest smarter with AI
