 How you'll contribute

• Work closely with the CEO on all aspects of the business

• Board and fundraising decks

• OKRs definition and quarterly post-mortems

• Business intelligence/Dashboarding

• New business development and opportunity modeling

• Itinerant project and program management 

• Hiring for key roles

• Set goals for a special projects squad and develop plans to achieve those goals as quickly as possible

• Research opportunities to expand into new products that help accelerate our mission

What you need to succeed

• 2 years of experience in project management, consulting or banking
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making
• Data mindset
• Hard-working and high-intensity

Other Things to Note

• This role is based out of Eight Sleep’s New York office
• You have flexibility with occasional travel to and from Miami, FL and San Francisco, CA
