Product Director - Marketplace

Job Description

We are the world’s largest healthcare platform. Every month, 100 million patients visit our marketplaces — ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, Doktortakvimi, Jameda — to find the right doctor and book a visit in real time. We process 20 million bookings a month, serve ~300,000 paying doctors and clinics across 13 countries (and we’re #1 in 12 of them), being profitable while growing ~25% a year.

And we’re just getting started. Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives — and our 10-year ambition is to support 1 billion patient visits a year by putting AI at the heart of every medical workflow. From Noa, our AI brand for doctors, to a frictionless, empathetic and AI-powered patient experience, we are transforming from a marketplace into the operating system of healthcare.

The role

The marketplace is the beating heart of Docplanner: the two-sided engine that connects 100 million patients a month with doctors across 13 countries. As Product Director, Marketplace, you will own the doctor side end to end — PRM, visibility products, pricing and packaging — and, on the patient side, the experience that matters most: helping every patient find the perfect doctor and book them in seconds.

Your mandate is bold: make Docplanner the place where finding and booking the right doctor is effortless — AI-powered search, smarter matching and a frictionless booking flow that sets the standard for healthcare. You’ll lead a multi-team product organization of product managers, designers and engineers, reporting directly to our CPTO, and partner closely with the engineering director of the marketplace, and the product director who owns the patient app and medical-experience journey.

What you’ll do

  • Own the marketplace product strategy — vision, roadmap, outcomes — for the doctor side and the patient search-and-booking funnel of the world’s largest healthcare marketplace.

  • Drive the AI-first search and booking experience: smarter matching and recommendations that connect every patient with the perfect doctor — and turn intent into a confirmed booking in seconds.

  • Make the marketplace healthier every quarter: smarter demand distribution, fewer zero-booking doctors, lower churn, better conversion at every step of the funnel.

  • Scale our visibility products (First Class, Media360) and evolve pricing and packaging to grow ARPU while delivering clear ROI to doctors.

  • Lead the core marketplace re-platforming with engineering — modern, scalable foundations for the next decade of growth.

  • Build and grow a world-class product team and partner tightly with country leaders, marketing, sales and the Noa AI team to ship outcomes, not features.

Who you are

These five attributes define how we work — and how you’ll lead:

  • Exceptional problem-solving mindset. You see a two-sided marketplace problem — liquidity, matching, pricing, trust — and you can’t help but solve it from first principles.

  • AI-first approach. You treat AI as the default ingredient of every product decision, not a feature bolted on at the end — and you’ve already shipped AI-powered experiences at scale.

  • Product impact mindset. You measure yourself in moved metrics — bookings, retention, ARPU, MAU — never in shipped features.

  • Builder leadership. You build teams the way you build products: deliberately, hands-on, and with appropriate standards.

  • Founder-level ownership and drive. You act like it’s your company — because with our stock option plan, it genuinely is. You run through walls, you don’t wait for permission.

What you bring

  • 3+ years leading product at Lead / Director level (must-have) — you’ve owned multi-team product organizations, not just a single squad.

  • Proven track record in consumer / two-sided marketplace products at significant scale (millions of MAU).

  • Deep fluency with experimentation, funnel analytics and growth loops; you’re as comfortable in the data as in the design review.

  • Experience shipping AI-driven product experiences to production.

  • Fluent English; experience with multi-market, multi-brand products is a strong plus.

What we offer

  • Remote-first within Europe — work from anywhere, with hubs in Warsaw, Barcelona and beyond, and regular team off-sites.

  • A seat at the table: you report directly to our CPTO and shape company strategy, not just a roadmap.

  • Competitive compensation package including a stock option plan — we want you to think and earn like an owner.

  • Real scale, real impact: your decisions reach 100 million patients and hundreds of thousands of doctors every month.

  • A profitable, founder-led company on a clear path from €250M to €1B ARR — the rare combination of rocket-ship growth and solid ground.
