This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are running smoothly in real-world environments.
You’ll be responsible for taking projects from initial deployment through production rollout, working directly with customers to solve operational problems using software and automation.
What You’ll Do

- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer deployments if needed
Nice to Have
- Exposure to healthcare systems or regulated environments
- Experience deploying or supporting production software systems
- Experience working on technical projects end-to-end
- Interest in applied AI, workflow automation, or operational systems
- Startup experience or comfort working in high-ownership environments
What You’ll Get
- Ownership over real customer deployments and technical implementations
- Exposure to cross-functional work across engineering, operations, and customer success
- Opportunity to work closely with company leadership on high-impact projects
- Fast learning environment with significant responsibility and autonomy
- Competitive compensation and equity package
- Opportunity to help shape deployment and implementation strategy at a fast-growing startup
