  • Partner closely with the Director, Benefits to translate complex benefit plan designs, policy changes, and coverage details into clear, engaging, and modern communications.

  • Champion the new hire benefits onboarding experience collateral, lead weekly New Hire Benefit presentation, and monitor new hire questions to continuously improve employee understanding and appreciation of the value of their complete benefits package.

  • Constant process improvement including utilization of technology/AI tools in order to streamline and scale.

  • Oversee annual Open Enrollment logistics, system configurations, testing, and vendor coordination as well as execute the communication rollout, creating quick-reference toolkits, hosting informational sessions, and partnering with our benefit consulting team.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills and experience:

Extensive knowledge of HSAs, FSAs, High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) as well substantial employee benefit programs knowledge including 401(k), COBRA, and leave administration.

  • Technical Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Workday Benefits Administration, technical understanding of Workday business processes, open enrollment setup, coverage updates, integration troubleshooting, and custom report creation is preferred.
