What you'll drive
You own the full partner relationship lifecycle – from first contact through to long-term development and performance
You design and run a Partner Program that keeps partners continuously informed, equipped, and excited about Codesphere.
You organize and lead Partner Days and other touch points that deepen relationships and keep our ecosystem aligned with our roadmap.
You build towards a model where partner organizations train and certify their own consultants on Codesphere – creating a scalable, self-reinforcing ecosystem.
You own partner-influenced revenue as your primary success metric.
What makes you a great fit
8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development in a B2B software or cloud environment.
A track record of working with or within large system integrators, consultancies, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
Experience building enablement programs that go beyond information and actually move partners to action.
Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level – able to shape the program and hold the room with senior stakeholders.
A long-game mindset: you know how to balance short-term pipeline influence with sustainable ecosystem development.
