In this role, you will be at the forefront of our online dermatology consultations, helping define the future of telehealth for skin, hair, and wellness concerns. You will act as a vital medical bridge between direct patient care and Rx-grade product innovation.

The Best Fit

• Education: MBBS with 5+ years of experience in clinical skin and hair care, or an MD in Dermatology with 2+ years of experience.
• Technical Savvy: Smart and knowledgeable in Teledermatology trends, clinical specifications, and digital triage processes.
• Communication: Highly comfortable with video consults, digital health records (EHR), and modern communication technology to deliver a premium patient experience.

What You Will Do

• Clinical Excellence: Join our elite in-house medical team to provide high-quality Dermatologist Consultation Online. You will ensure patients receive precise, science-backed advice for complex conditions.
• Condition-Specific Protocols: Work with our senior medical board to envision and refine treatment plans for Acne, Alopecia, and Hyperpigmentation.
• R&D Collaboration: Provide research-based insights to our Product Formulation and Strategy teams. You will help bridge the gap between clinical needs and high-performance cosmetic products like niacinamide face wash, antioxidant sunscreen, and hyaluronic acid moisturizer.
• Product Concept Development: Assist in creating and validating product concepts based on common dermatological trends and patient feedback. You will contribute to the evolution of products like melasma cream, caffeine eye cream, and retinol serum.

Tools and Ecosystem
You will utilize our proprietary Telehealth and Digital Health platform to communicate with users across India. You will work with a catalog of high-performance formulations, including our hair growth serum and other medical-grade solutions designed for maximum efficacy.
