About the Role

Clinikally is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead a specialized digital engine for a high-impact healthcare awareness initiative. You won't just be posting content; you will be driving a narrative for India’s largest digital health destination, translating complex clinical expertise into public action. Your mission is to bridge the gap between medical-grade wellness and everyday self-care, ensuring our science-backed solutions lead the national conversation.

What You Will Do

• Narrative Strategy: Lead real-time digital communication by turning complex science into relatable stories. You’ll educate our audience on why a pH-balancing cleanser is the foundation of skin health and how ceramide-based moisturizer repairs the skin barrier.
• Platform Ecosystem: Build and manage content pipelines for WhatsApp, X, Meta, and YouTube. You will drive measurable engagement for critical products, from the daily necessity of broad-spectrum sunscreen to the transformative potential of specialized hair growth tablets.
• Performance & Reach: Use your expert command of Meta Ads Manager and advanced analytics to scale our impact. You will strategize campaigns that highlight the efficacy of antioxidant-rich serum and the precision of our personalized treatment plans.
• Bilingual Advocacy: Strategize fluently in both English and Hindi to educate millions. You’ll be the voice explaining the science behind our medical-grade solutions to a diverse, pan-India audience.

Preferred Background

• Experience: 5-8 years in high-pressure digital environments.
• Niche Expertise: Direct experience in Public Health, Political Communications, Election Strategy, or Government Relations is highly preferred.
• Language: Must be able to script and strategize fluently in both English and Hindi.
