About the Role

Clinikally is hiring a Product Designer 1 to join our fast-moving design team. You will help shape our telehealth and marketplace platform, our AI-powered skin and hair analyzer, and our AI-powered assistant. Working alongside three other product designers, you will solve problems that impact millions of consumers every day. This is a role where you will own meaningful design problems from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Create tasteful experiences: Design elegant and intuitive flows that make shopping for our products and using AI tools delightful.
• Thrive on craftsmanship: Take pride in polish including typography, layouts, and micro-interactions of our in-house products such as niacinamide cleanser and antioxidant serum. You will ensure the digital presentation of our products is as premium as the products themselves.
• Think like a product owner: Go beyond pixels to deeply understand user needs and business goals. You will design the journey for customers seeking products like SPF Sunscreen and personalized wellness routines.
• Sweat the details: Ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms, spotting issues before they ship. You will maintain the visual integrity of our collection pages.
• Own end-to-end design: Handle research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for our expanding range of products such as Hyaluronic Acid Face Wash and Hair Growth Serum.
• Collaborate and iterate: Work closely with product and engineering teams to launch fast and iterate using data. You will help refine how we present our Niacinamide Serum and other clinical solutions.
• Contribute to our design system: Build consistency and speed into every release to support our growing catalog of dermatologist-recommended products.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of full-time product design experience (not including internships or freelance).
• Strong UI and UX fundamentals including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visuals.
• Proficiency in Figma. Experience with motion or interaction design is a bonus.
• A balance of systems thinking and an obsession with craft.
• Curiosity about AI tools, marketplaces, and cosmetic products

Working alongside a collaborative team of designers, you will solve complex problems that impact millions of consumers daily. This is a role where you will own meaningful design challenges from day one, turning sophisticated technology into intuitive human experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Create Tasteful Experiences: Design elegant and intuitive flows that make the transition from using AI diagnostic tools to shopping for a recommended regimen feel seamless and delightful.
• Thrive on Craftsmanship: Take pride in the polish of every interface. You will ensure that the digital presentation of our premium formulations, like our niacinamide cleansers and antioxidant serums, feels as high-end and trustworthy as the products themselves.
• Think Like a Product Owner: Go beyond pixels to deeply understand user needs. You will design the end-to-end journey for customers seeking specialized protection like SPF sunscreens or those looking to build personalized wellness routines.
• Sweat the Details: Ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms. You will maintain the visual integrity of our collection pages to ensure users can easily navigate our clinical range, from skin cleansers to targeted hair serums.
• Collaborate and Iterate: Work closely with product and engineering teams to launch and refine features. You will help optimize how we communicate the science behind our niacinamide serums and other clinical solutions to ensure maximum user clarity.
• Contribute to Our Design System: Build consistency and speed into every release, creating a scalable visual language that supports our growing catalog of dermatologist-recommended treatments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of full-time product design experience (not including internships or freelance).
• Core Skills: Strong UI and UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma. Experience with motion or interaction design is a significant bonus.
• Mindset: A balance of systems thinking and an obsession with craft. You should be curious about AI tools, marketplaces, and the intersection of tech and wellness.
