Job Description
We're looking for an HR Operations Executive with 1+ years of experience who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employment-related documents.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, labour law, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure all HR documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles. Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high sense of ownership.
- Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.) is an added advantage.
