Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to work across multiple departments, analysing business performance and translating data into actionable insights. The role will focus on website analytics, e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, order data, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data across multiple departments to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Track and analyse website performance, customer journeys, conversion rates, and user behaviour.
• Analyse e-commerce metrics, including orders placed, revenue, cancellations, returns, and repeat purchases.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics and performance.
• Work with databases and analytics tools, including Metabase, to extract, analyse, and visualise data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, and other teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
• Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support data-driven decision-making through regular performance tracking and ad hoc analysis.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong experience in analysing data across multiple business functions.
• Hands-on experience with Metabase, website analytics, and e-commerce data.
• Good understanding of order management, revenue metrics, customer behaviour, and conversion funnels.
• Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university or college; a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or health-tech companies is an added advantage.
