atopile is for builders. We look for people with unusually high agency, deep technical expertise, and genuine ownership. The strongest candidates care about outcomes, not just implementations. They take responsibility for making things successful end-to-end, whether that means writing code, talking to customers, refining product direction, or solving operational problems. Many of us come from hardware backgrounds, but we hire exceptional engineers from any discipline. Interview Process

Discovery Call — A conversation to learn about your background, interests, and what motivates you. We’ll also share what we’re building and answer any questions you have.

Onsite Trial — Spend time working alongside the team on real problems. We believe the best way to evaluate a potential teammate is to actually build together. This gives both sides a clear picture of what it would be like to work together day-to-day.
