You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers—educating them, diagnosing their business needs, and guiding them through the onboarding and activation process. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, product knowledge, and the ability to understand financial operations (payments, AP/AR, expense workflows).
Responsibilities :
Leads Management :

- Support lead inquiries from web forms, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and referrals and conduct discovery engagement to understand the prospect’s business model, workflows, volume, entity structure, financial operations, and pain points.
- Prioritize high-value deals and engage them with product value propositions.
Consultative Sales
- Clearly communicate how our financial platform (cards, AP automation, global payments, or FX) solves customer problems such as spend control, reconciliation challenges, disorganized vendor payments, multi-entity complexity, or cash-flow visibility.
- Provide product walkthroughs and coordinate demos when needed.
- Advise prospects on best practices for onboarding, compliance, and integration with accounting systems (Xero etc)
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional modules.
- Ensure all inbound SLAs and follow-up cadences are met.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion insights.
- Provide feedback to Product, Risk, and Onboarding teams based on customer patterns and objections.
Requirements :
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales, SDR/BDR, account advisor, or account executive roles.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, B2B payments, expense management, AP automation, banking, or similar industries is highly preferred
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication—clear, concise, and customer-centric.
- Ability to understand financial operations (vendor payments, spend workflows, ledgers, reconciliation, approval matrices).
- Comfortable managing high inbound volume while maintaining quality.
- Tech-savvy: CRM (HubSpot), presentation tools, product demo tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of KPIs (conversion rate, response time, CRM hygiene).
What we offer :
- Work from anywhere
- Uncapped flexible annual leave.
- Training subsidy for your professional growth.
- Team bonding budget to foster collaboration and sense of belonging.
- Culture is Key: Most importantly, we always strive to cultivate a special culture that brings special talents together - You may learn more about our culture at our careers site and LinkedIn Life page.
