Service Business Development Manager

•Context

ØEngages the stakeholders in CT and HQ on communicating views of the CT’s service business strategies and business challenges. Maximize customer satisfaction while achieving ASML’s business objectives by driving service cost/pricing transparency and a coherent service product portfolio based on defined CT’s Service Business Strategy.

•Requirements

ØBachelor / Master degree with substantial general work experience and comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competence level

ØKnowledge and experience with Office, SAP

ØExperience in management reporting and communication

ØUnderstanding of semiconductor markets and business. Knowledge of lithography processes and semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.

ØExperience in supply chain dynamics

ØGood business sense/customer focus, service mindset

ØAbility to deal with pressure and changing requirements

ØA culturally aware team-player who can also work well independently

ØAbility to plan and set priorities

ØPro-active and result driven “can do” mentality

Ø

•Responsibilities

ØIn-depth knowledge of service product portfolio, facilitate and conduct Service Product training and refreshment to China CT AM’s and SAO’s

ØProvide thought leadership and strategic advisory on service business opportunities, risks, and portfolio optimization to senior management and key stakeholders.

ØUnderstands big picture of service product portfolio cross BL and cross Sales Clusters, addresses high impact complex service business challenges through internal coordination and communication with BLs, CT Clusters,  CS Clusters, and Finance team etc.

ØOwn the planning and orchestration of Service Business annual TAP and strategic programs, ensuring timely execution and delivery against agreed objectives and milestones.

ØDrive resource governance and prioritization alignments across China CT & regional stakeholders for important service business activities, including VUPs, relocations, and customer projects.

ØTake responsibility for service business performance improvements through coordination and alignments with multiple internal stakehoders.

ØDrive LPSC related service business task implementations, help to coordinate the in-fab/in-house repairs with aligned business priorities

ØCustomer training coordination to support critical customer needs with balanced resource arrangements from GTC

Ø

•Interfacing

ØCollaborates with internal stakeholders, including ASML senior leaders, local AM/CS/Finance teams, BL's, and SBC team in VHV

Ø

•Improvements

ØContinuously seeks and signals improvement points regarding existing and develops new instruments, processes and procedures
