Within ASML, Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) ensures reliable execution of field operations by connecting planning, logistics, and execution teams worldwide.

The CSCM UIR team supports system upgrade, (de-)installation, and relocation events across multiple Tier‑1 customers, including Samsung and SK Hynix, while working in close alignment with central SCM teams to balance local execution and global demand priorities.


As a CSCM UIR Specialist – EUV/DUV Event Supply Chain, you will own supply chain execution for EUV/DUV-related events supporting both Samsung and SK Hynix operations.

This role focuses on coordinating internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, while maintaining close collaboration with central SCM teams to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time execution aligned with worldwide demand and planning priorities.

The position does not interface directly with end customers, but plays a critical role in translating global SCM plans into reliable local execution.


Role and responsibilities

EUV/DUV Event-Based Supply Chain Execution

  • Own material planning, replenishment, and availability management for scheduled upgrade, (de-)installation, and relocation events
  • Execute event-specific demand fulfillment in line with defined SCM sourcing rules and SCM processes
  • Support concurrent events across multiple customer sites (Samsung and SK Hynix)

Stakeholder & Central SCM Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal CSCM planning, logistics, warehouse, and stock control teams
  • Participate in regular alignment meetings with central SCM teams to review worldwide demand, capacity constraints, and execution priorities
  • Ensure local execution plans are aligned with global SCM strategies and demand outlooks
  • Act as a coordination point to resolve SCM-related execution issues across multiple functions

Demand, Inventory & Exception Control

  • Validate demand accuracy and inventory readiness prior to event execution
  • Manage post-event returns and inventory reconciliation to secure inventory accuracy and turnover
  • Manage exceptions and capacity constraints during peak event periods

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and report event SCM KPIs
  • Perform root cause analysis for off-track KPIs and initiate corrective actions
  • Apply Lean methodologies (A3 / 4C) to improve operational robustness and execution efficiency
  • Participate in SCM-related operational improvement and standardization projects

Logistics & Trade Coordination

  • Coordinate with external logistics service providers (3PL), freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • Support export/import processes and troubleshoot customs-related issues in collaboration with internal trade and logistics teams

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM

0~2 years of working experience in SCM planning and administrative operation

Professional competency on SCM end to end flow preferred  


Skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving capability
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, event-driven environment with changing priorities
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Effective communication skills in Korean and English (verbal and written), sufficient for operational coordination and regular alignment meetings
  • Well-organized with solid time management and prioritization skills, especially during peak periods
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for operational tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with SAP operations is preferred
