Introduction to the job

As recruitment marketing manager, you will help ASML attract and convert relevant talent into high-quality applicants by improving how we present roles, campaigns and candidate journeys to the market. You will translate talent priorities, audience insights and ASML’s employer positioning into clear recruitment marketing frameworks, communication objectives, and activation practices that support better hiring outcomes.

In this role, you will strengthen the connection between attraction, sourcing, selection and candidate experience. Your work will help teams create realistic job previews, targeted vacancy campaigns, effective job advertisements and data-driven channel improvements that make it easier for candidates to understand the opportunity and decide whether to apply.


Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the Attract, Select & Onboard Center of Expertise within Talent Acquisition. This center provides global expertise, frameworks and improvement practices that strengthen the quality, consistency and impact of ASML’s hiring approach across regions, sectors and talent domains.

As recruitment marketing manager, you will focus on improving recruitment-facing activation: the recruitment marketing approach through which ASML engages relevant audiences and moves identified talent from consideration into application. You will work closely with Talent Marketing and Sourcing, Corporate Communications, regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to ensure recruitment marketing materials are aligned, credible and locally usable.

As recruitment marketing manager, you will:

  • Define and improve recruitment marketing frameworks, campaign requirements, communication objectives and recruitment content needs for agreed talent priorities.

  • Govern recruitment marketing practices by enabling consistent use of agreed frameworks, campaign approaches, briefing requirements  recruitment messaging and activation toolkits.

  • Use quality-of-hire insights, persona input, candidate journey insights and funnel data to improve job advertisements, realistic job previews and candidate-facing messaging.

  • Define recruitment marketing requirements, audience priorities, communication objectives and CRM (mass audience) activation needs, and partner with Communications on campaign concepts, messaging, content and channel-ready assets for regional and local teams.

  • Build measurement guidance for recruitment marketing effectiveness, including campaign performance, content engagement, funnel contribution, conversion indicators and candidate experience signals.

  • Partner with Talent Marketing and Sourcing, Corporate Communications, HR teams, Talent Acquisition teams and business stakeholders to align recruitment-facing activation with ASML’s employer positioning.

  • Introduce improved recruitment marketing practices, identify opportunities for improved content formats, personalization approaches and automation opportunities that strengthen recruitment outcomes.


Education and experience

You bring solid experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand activation, campaign strategy, content strategy or recruitment communications, preferably in a global technology environment. You know how to translate business and talent priorities into practical recruitment marketing approaches that improve relevance, conversion and candidate experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in marketing, communication, human resources, organizational psychology or a related field preferred.

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand activation, campaign strategy, content strategy or recruitment communications.

  • Experience developing and governing global frameworks,  briefing requirements or activation practices..

  • Strong understanding of how recruitment marketing content, campaign relevance and candidate-facing messaging influence pipeline quality and selection outcomes.

  • Experience working in a large, international and matrixed organization.

  • Understanding of recruitment funnels, candidate journeys, campaign performance and conversion indicators.


Other information

This is a global individual contributor role within Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head Attract, Select & Onboard. The role has no direct people management responsibility but will influence recruitment marketing quality, consistency and effectiveness across regions and sectors.
