Introduction to the Job
As a PLM Project Coordinator, you will help bring advanced semiconductor technology to market faster and more efficiently. At ASML, your work directly supports the development of lithography systems that enable smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient microchips used worldwide. In this mid-level role within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, you will connect engineering, supply chain, and business teams to ensure smooth product lifecycle transitions—from introduction to phase-out. You will help challenge assumptions, collaborate across functions, and drive responsible outcomes that reflect how we innovate and care.
Role and Responsibilities
As a PLM Project Coordinator, you coordinate logistics and lifecycle planning for new and changing products. You ensure alignment between supply chain readiness and engineering plans while enabling timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle changes
- Evaluate engineering changes and define clear implementation plans with stakeholders
- Assess supply chain and logistics impact of project decisions and propose solutions
- Manage material flow for prototypes, pilot builds, and critical components
- Support product ramp-up by aligning supply chain capacity with product roadmaps
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution across teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of lifecycle and supply chain processes
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or product lifecycle coordination
- Experience in high-tech or low-volume manufacturing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP and data analysis tools such as Excel or Python
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders

Role within Office Responsibilities:
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- May require travel dependent on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Additional Responsibilities:
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
