Introduction to the Job
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will help build and qualify some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. Your work directly supports the technology that enables faster, smarter, and more energy-efficient microchips used across industries worldwide.
In this Manufacturing Technician role, you will work in a cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are essential. You will contribute to the assembly and qualification of complex systems while helping ASML deliver innovative technology to customers around the world.
Schedule
-CWW D1-Sunday,Monday Tuesday 6:00am-6:00pm with every other Wednesday
-CWW D2-Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm-with every other Wednesday
Role and Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will assemble, test, and qualify complex systems while following established quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assemble and qualify complex electromechanical systems to defined specifications.
Follow documented procedures to manufacture and deliver high-quality products.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during assembly activities.
Record completed work accurately and communicate progress across shifts.
Support training activities and share knowledge with team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Contribute to continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives.
Education and Experience
To be successful in this Manufacturing Technician position, you should have:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in hands-on electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical production environments.
Experience using precision measurement tools and mechanical hand tools.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning platforms.
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, data, and documentation.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated production environment is a plus.

Additional Requirements
This Manufacturing Technician role requires working in a cleanroom environment while wearing personal protective equipment throughout the shift. You must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, using ladders and platforms, and operating material-handling equipment in accordance with safety requirements.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72℉; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards)
Must be able to work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per day
Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch
Must be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 20 pounds
Specific vision abilities required -- close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Must be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:

Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
