Job Mission 

Our mission is to secure material availability at the right quality, time, and cost for our customers, enabling smooth field operations and strong execution of service activities and UIR events, including upgrades, installs, and relocations. 

 

Job Description 

Material Availability Coordinator 

As a Material Availability Coordinator, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensure timely material delivery, issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement for both service activities and UIR events, including upgrades, installs, and relocations. 

 

  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments 

  • Support material availability and execution readiness for service orders, upgrades, installs, and relocations 

  • Resolve operational disruptions, escalations, and shipment-related issues 

  • Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers 

  • Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring 

  • Participate in operational meetings and lead stakeholder alignment where required 

  • Work effectively in SAP and other operational systems 

 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is an advantage. 

 

 Personal skills 

  • SAP ERP knowledge and experience are strongly preferred 

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to learn quickly in a dynamic operational environment 

  • Outgoing and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders 

  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment 

  • Proficiency in Excel is required 

  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is an advantage 

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities 

  • Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented way of working
