
Manufacturing- Logistics Tool Specialist- Linkou
Job Description
As a Logistics Tool Specialist within the Factory Logistics team, you are responsible with end-to-end ownership of your scope, from planning through execution to continuous improvement.
1. Tool ordering, registering and storage properly in the designated space.
2. Planning and execution of certification, calibration, maintenance and inspection.
3. Maintain tool availability to secure smooth product output.
4. Design and manage tool cabin space with healthy utilization.
5. Regular reporting by KPIs and presentations to drive operational excellence.
6. Facilitate trouble-shooting against tool issues with sense of urgency, and work on structural solutions based on root cause analysis.
7. Perform regular Gemba walks to verify correct process execution and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
8. Plan, spend, and control budgets per TAP and management approvals.
9. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and standardization in tool management and related processes.
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, sourcing & procurement) to achieve target performance.
11. Optimize tool management processes. Understand ISO standards and apply them effectively during process improvement initiatives, and apply ASML logistics‑related L3 processes, ensuring compliance with governance and control requirements. This includes creating and timely updating the quality documents (L5 Work Instructions etc.) and ensuring proper execution aligned with process intent.
12. Coordinate and execute self-audits, cycle count and stock taking of tools for compliance and also as a strong preparation for internal/external audits.
13. Tool-related supplier management.
14. Lead continuous improvement projects on tools to secure safety, enhance quality/availability and improve cost-effectiveness.
15. Coordination with a group of Tool Planners and 3rd Party Tool Handlers to well execute the tasks mentioned above.
