Introduction

Your assignment
During this internship, you will join a group of four interns supporting the Talent Management team. Each intern will be assigned to one of four focus areas: Performance Management, Assessments, Talent Reviews, or Career Development, based on team needs and interests. Within your focus area, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management processes while working closely with experienced HR professionals. Throughout the internship, you will develop practical skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, change management, and HR operations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the design and improvement of talent management programs and processes
- Assist with the preparation of workshops, training sessions, and communication materials
- Create engaging presentations and maintain relevant internal information resources
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and generate insights
- Contribute recommendations that support employee development and organizational growth
- Collaborate with process owners on the implementation of talent initiatives
- Support day-to-day project activities and monitor progress of ongoing initiatives
This is a bachelor/master internship (non-thesis) for 5 months, minimum 4-5 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as of February 2027.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
- Are pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Are analytical and able to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Take initiative, work proactively, and manage tasks independently
- Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy collaborating with others
- Have experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Other requirements you need to meet:
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
- You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
