Introduction

The EUV Top Cluster team in Wilton operates in a fast-paced, uniquely innovative and challenging environment to create new-to-industry solutions with rapid productization to support an aggressive commercialization plan for the EUV technology within ASML.


This position will report to the NXE IBS Customer Support (CS) Product Manager (PM) in EUV, Wilton to manage both people and deliverables of the CS NXE IBS RS team.


As a leader within the Wilton CS EUV organization, the successful candidate will set high standards for teamwork, collaboration and execution based on trust.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • Manages and mentors CS Engineers
  • Own delivery of all CS engineering outputs within agreed triple constraint and drive PGP CS serviceability objectives meeting Cost of Service success criteria & 6s=S/6u=U deliveries
  • Stakeholder management within CS Sector (CS Central & Field organizations)
  • Owning long-term CS MDU roadmap (supported by CS Senior engineers and input from CS Sector), matching product master plans with MDU performance and cost of service
  • Set boundary conditions for the Delivery Team, balancing serviceability trade-offs, ensure sub-modules integrate into a coherent performant and reliable module, and resolve bottlenecks escalated by CS Competence & Equipment engineers
  • Day-to-day steering and coordination to realize MDU serviceability deliverables, including 6s=S/6u=U industrialization deliverables. Clear and concise reporting to the CS Product Managers
  • Ensuring that risks, operational dependencies, and blocking items are solved by MDU’s Delivery Teams or properly escalated
  • Streamline industrialization processes and operating model in the MDU (in boundary conditions).

People

  • Operational management and leadership for CS Engineers in MDU
  • Leads and improves the CS team towards owning right capabilities and skills to meet MDU targets
  • Guaranteeing succession planning based on competence roadmap (incl hiring)
  • People and performance management for CS employees in the MDU (typically 6-15)
  • Safeguard Engineering WoW across MDU's

Accountabilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of CS readiness (6s=s) and deliverables
  • Service Costs (Availability, LH etc), completeness and quality of SMIX at release
  • Transparency on risks, issues, and mitigation actions
  • Realization of year plan within timing and budget constraints, safeguarding the right culture within the MDU, including driving high engagement and sense of belonging

Mandate:

  • Represents CS&S in the MDU (including CSCM, GTC, GSC, etc).
  • Equal partner representing CS&S in the MDU x-sector leadership team
  • Budget allocation (incl. external spend)
  • Hiring and PPM of CS (Lead) engineer
  • Delivering 6s=s on agreed timeline including service MDU roadmap
  • Manage overall NPI project into HVM
  • Vote in KD signoffs according PGP RACI
  • Escalate and drive resolution of cross-sector service-related issues

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree (or Bachelor + experience) in engineering or equivalent
  • Strong affinity with Customer Support and field operations
  • 4+ years of experience in leading people in engineering or project/Program delivery, ideally within ASML or equivalent industry
  • Project management certification (PPM or equivalent) preferred

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
