Job Description

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in facility operations, asset management, or utilities engineering in hi‑tech, semiconductor, pharma, or mission‑critical environments.
Experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and technical troubleshooting.
Emergency response leadership experience is a strong plus.

Skills

Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, utilities, FMCS, cleanroom infrastructure, and building services.
Solid analytical and decision‑making skills; able to assess risks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and service partners in a high‑pressure environment.
Proficiency in asset data systems (CMMS/EAM), MS Office, and engineering documentation.
