As part of the learning organization, Learning Shared Services was established to provide support for all Learning Academies worldwide. Learning Shared Services is responsible for realizing an effective & efficient learning service offering by providing scale, expertise & resources for the execution of learning administration, technology, content management and activity delivering.
Job Mission
For our Learning Shared Services Asia team, we are looking for a Learning Services Lead to act as the linking pin and partner for the learning organization and it’s academies. You are responsible for gathering, aligning and translating the learning needs into operational services of high quality. This is crucial to drive the time to competence and development of all our employees. Finally, the Learning Shared Services Lead also acts as a mentor for Learning Service Coordinators and System Experts regarding their delivered services.
Education
Master degree level
Experience
At least 3+ years of experience with project Management dealing with multiple and complex stakeholders.
MS Office: especially Outlook, Excel, and OneNote
Experience with working in a big and fast paced (international) company
System knowledge of a Cornerstone (LMS), project management (Wrike) or ServiceNow (customer service) is preferred

Structured way of working
Good and professional level of Mandarin and English language skills in speaking and writing is required.
Language skills for Japanese or Korean are a plus

Job Description
Align with Academy Lead and Academy team (SPOC)
Provide, share and align evaluation data with academies to monitor the quality of the learning initiatives
Supplier management for continuous improvement and safeguarding the existing learning solutions
Advise on how to translate global learning initiatives into operational processes/solutions of high quality and responsible for global SLA’s/Runbooks
Advise and inform Regional Learning Service Coordinators and System Experts on updates regarding upcoming projects/trends/initiatives (meeting structure)
Be a stakeholder and act as project member/lead in various global learning (improvement) projects and initiatives, including learning (& knowledge management) community
Act as single point of contact and provide feedback pro-actively for System Experts and Service Coordinators for content and delivered services for the respective Academy
Mentoring of the Learning Service Coordinators and System Experts for the content and delivered services related to the respective Academy and in alignment with the direct manager
Create and share standard/simple Reporting requests. In case of complex requests, align with the Reporting Specialist
For Advanced Analytics requests, do the first intake and forward the request together with the intake results to the Learning Analytics Team
Onboarding of new Learning Service Coordinators / System Experts
In case of to-be-created Learning Objects, the Learning Shared Services Lead has the possibility to pick up the request by him/her self, or request the support from the System Expert
