Established on August 2025, Kaleido Behavioral Health is a locally owned ABA provider serving children and families across West and Central Oʻahu. To support both our clients and staff, we partner with Alpaca Health to streamline clinical documentation, data collection, and administrative processes—allowing our team to focus more time on what matters most: you, the children, and the families we serve.
POSITION DETAILS:
We’re looking for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and support families in the Central O'ahu region (e.g., Honolulu)
1. Compensation Range ($28.00 - $30.00)/hour
2. Minimum Availability required per week (15 hours)
3. Hours - Honolulu - M, Tu, W - 3:30 - 6:30 PM
4. Hours - Honolulu - Thu and Fri - 4:00 - 7:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Direct 1:1 Client Services provided in the home/community setting
2. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
3. Conduct ABA therapy sessions in home and in the community setting.
4. Utilize evidence-based teaching procedures including NET, DTT, task analysis, shaping, prompting, and reinforcement strategies.
5. Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
6. Support the development of communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills. Promote client dignity, assent, and meaningful participation throughout sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Active RBT certification (REQUIRED) with 2+ years experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
4. Ability to pass background screening requirements.
5. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout sessions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Competitive hourly pay starting at $28-$30/hour
2. Compensated <24 Hours Client Cancellations - $16.00/hr
3. 5 PTO Days per year
4. Paid Holidays (including Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve)
