About the Role
Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.
As a QASP-S, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.

  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.

  • Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.

  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Follow QABA ethical standards and applicable state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current QASP-S certification in good standing with QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board).

  • Experience providing ABA services.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

  • Current CPR certification.
