This Isn't a Standard MRI Tech Job
For the next 3+ months, you'll operate a conventional mobile MRI system to run our live clinical pilot with a Minneapolis-area urology partner. At the same time, our engineering team will be building our next-generation, first-of-its-kind MRI platform.
You will have a direct, documented channel to our engineering and product team. Every workflow friction point, every awkward positioning moment, every “I wish this scanner just did X” — that feedback goes straight into how Adialante’s system interface, protocols, and clinical workflow get built. Most techs spend a career adapting to whatever system they're handed. In this role, you'll directly influence product development and help shape how an actual MRI system is made.
What You'll Do
- In your initial 3 months — conventional MRI, live pilot:
- Perform multiparametric prostate MRI exams on a conventional 1.5T system
- Operate the day-to-day mobile unit workflow
- Voice frustrations, insights, and feedback on conventional MRI directly to an engineering team developing a new system in parallel
- If your contract extends toward system launch, you will:
- Be among the first technologists in the world to operate our system
- Help finalize clinical protocols, safety workflows, and technologist-facing software before broader rollout
- Continue as a permanent or extended member of the clinical team as we scale
What We're Looking For
- ARRT(MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted
- BLS certification through AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience; prostate or pelvic imaging experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently in a non-traditional, mobile clinical setting
- Genuine curiosity about how imaging technology gets built
- Strong communication skills
Compensation
- Weekly pay: $2,300
- Contract length: 3 months, with extension opportunities
- Completion bonus: $1,000 + equity, paid at end of contract
Benefits
- 401(k) matching
- Malpractice and liability coverage provided
- Comprehensive health coverage
- Daily lunch provided
- Monthly gym reimbursement
- Schedule: Standard business hours — occasional weekends (no nights)
Why This Role Is Different From Every Other MRI Tech Listing You're Looking At
- You will help build and shape our company.
- You shape a product, not just run one.
- You'll get real equity, not just a paycheck.

About Adialante
We know how to improve cancer outcomes by 8x-10x: you catch it early. MRI is the most robust and powerful cancer-detection tool in the world, yet systems cost millions to purchase, take months to install, and require high levels of technical skill to operate. We've redesigned MRI from the ground up with new physics, algorithms, and hardware, all to bring cancer screening to the entire world. Our mobile MRI is an imaging clinic on wheels. No equipment to buy, no infrastructure needed. For a flat per-scan fee, any medical site can offer MRI cancer screening. Starting with prostate cancer. Then everything else.
